- During this ten week course you will learn how to make a stunning sugar flower arrangement.
- The course consists of making a Poinsettia with Winter Jasmine, Holly, Berries and Mistletoe.
- You will learn various techniques from making your own flower paste, using various cutters as well as handmade flowers and foliage and how to wire your finished bouquet.
- This arrangement can then be presented on your cake just in time for Christmas.
