Gina did my son's 7th birthday cake and cupcakes and everybody loved it. She was very easy to talk to and accommodated our requests. For my daughter’s 7th birthday she was desperate for a Disney Descendants party. We had heard of Gina’s cakes by word of mouth and dropped in. Gina soon won us over with her amazing cakes that can only be described as a work of art! She quickly understood what we were after and designed a beautiful 2 tier cake in the blues and purples with a perfect Mal dragon climbing up the side complete with realistic talons and teeth! It was too beautiful to cut into, but we were happy we did as the luxurious cake was just as delicious - half chocolate, half vanilla sponge !! Just scrumptious. Gina was lovely and kept in touch throughout the process to ensure we were fully satisfied. I recommend Gina thoroughly and will be sure to get more cakes from her in the near future!

I had searched diligently for someone to bake a very special cake and having made contact with Gina I can say that I definitely had no regrets. From my initial approach as I outlined my concept to her I was immediately impressed by how quickly she tuned into my wavelength. Given that she did not have much time to work on my idea, which was quite complex, she seized the project and ran with it, although I was specific in what I wished her to make I left the final interpretation to her. When she delivered the cake and she unveiled it I was not disappointed, she had executed it to perfection.
More importantly the person who the cake was made for was deeply moved by its beauty and the symbolism behind it as were those close to her.
Gina is a highly creative designer and very pleasant to collaborate with. She produced a work of art. Having marvelled at her work, it was hard but there was equal joy in cutting into the cake and savouring its delights.
If you want something special I would highly recommend Gina, also for the work that she put into the cake, the price was extremely reasonable as well.
